Initially drawn to yoga to help balance her busy nursing career, in which she specializes in Cancer treatment, Julie quickly fell in love with the healing, challenging, and calming effects of yoga.

For Julie, Yoga is a sanctuary. It is a place to listen to your breath, lead with your heart, and offer it up with every practice.

Julie teaches a heartfelt Bhakti-style Vinyasa flow that honors the breath, body, movement, and intention.
